As a Senior Casino Coordinator you will coordinate the delivery of a best in class Casino and Games product offering from our offices based in Malta.

Working within the Casino product team, you will coordinate a wide range of items to ensure the successful day to day operation of our Casino and Games Products, such as; Contributing to the creation of the games roadmap and use set criteria to determine games suitability for release. Delivering scheduled games releases utilising Jira. Work with the Games Delivery Team to ensure games are tested in UAT, 1p1 and Live environments in line with agreed testing scripts and completing testing yourself where needed, always putting the user experience at the centre. Manage key working relationships with third party games providers on areas such as new provider integrations, regulatory market integrations and the games roadmap. Actively participating in the analysis of provider and domain performance and provide suggestions for improvement to management and game providers Assists with the delivery activities of key projects using Remedy to track work items and raise issues. When allocated, takes ownership of the team Mailbox ensuring items are reviewed, prioritised and actioned appropriately. Work closely and build strong relationships with internal teams such as Compliance, Development, Games Delivery, CRM, Operations Gaming Support and Design and Publishing. You will be expected to work any five days from seven and working hours may vary. Relevant training will be provided for the successful applicant.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Management team in the day to day operations and delivery of new development projects.
  • Assisting the Management team with the growth of key markets across the world by managing the team’s delivery of new games providers and domains.
  • Planning and scheduling of games roadmaps for multiple domains while keeping the planning tools up to date.
  • Reporting across a number of domains to ensure they are performing to expectations by producing monthly KPI reports.
  • Overseeing the delivery of games content as per the provider’s games roadmap, this includes liaising with internal technical, design and compliance teams.
  • Supporting and developing the Casino coordinators
  • Managing your relationships and supporting the team’s relationships with third party games providers.
  • Understanding your personal capacity and ability to take on the additional workload.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Able to build strong working relationships with third party providers through email, phone and face to face integration
  • Forward thinking with a passion for delivering the highest quality ensuring the user experience at the centre
  • Knowledge of game development process and procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge in both casino and games.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience of running day to day activities of a team
  • Experience of coaching and developing individuals and teams
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple concurrent tasks and projects whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and experience in Jira, Remedy and associated tools.
  • Data driven with excellent Excel skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Critical thinker who can offer innovative and creative solutions to problems.
