Safer Gambling Team Leader (German Speaking)

Our client, operating within the gaming industry, is looking to recruit a Safer Gambling Team Leader. Reporting to the Head of Compliance and MLRO, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

• Allocation of tasks to due diligence officers and provide support when required to maintain service levels 

• Conduct random checks of the contact inflow volume, quality of replies and handling time

• Being the first point of contact when escalating queries, making sure officers are being taught how to deal with such circumstances

• Motivate staff to meet or exceed service levels, quality and operational expectations

• Investigate potential Safer Gambling cases, ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation and regulations

• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals
