PSP Reconciliation Analyst

Job Description
Videoslots Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a PSP Reconciliation Analyst to join their team on a full-time basis.

What you will be doing?
As PSP Reconciliation Analyst, you will be responsible for carrying out daily payment provider reconciliations on a transaction-by-transaction level, carrying out settlement reconciliations as well as liaising with the Payments and Fraud team and Payment Service Providers with any discrepancy. You will deal with the daily Payment Provider reconciliations on a transaction level whilst following up on any discrepancies with the payments team.

• Review player financial activity and all transactions to minimize the financial risk and fraud cases.
• Check and post PSP charges, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Reconcile and monitor Payment Provider settlements.
• Initiate funding or withdrawal of PSP balances
• Liaise with Payment Service Providers and with the Fraud and Risk team regarding any discrepancies identified.
• Assist with Revenue Reconciliation during the month-end process and other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the finance team.
• Support financial reporting and analysis.
   

Who are you?

• Ideally working towards obtaining an accounting qualification
• Experience in a PSP or financial institution or experience in a similar position would be considered an asset
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Possess a positive can-do attitude with great attention to detail
• Enjoy learning and have a genuine interest in iGaming and slot machine games
• Capable of being a team player
