Our client is a unique payment solutions platform seeking to recruit an Operations Officer to report to the Finance & Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring settlement accuracy and due time for all merchant's payments
• Ensures all settlement reports are produced and posted in due time
• Liaises with third party payment providers on any issues related to payments
• Handles any payment related queries
• Troubleshooting payment processing issues
• Processing all inward and outward payment instructions in a timely and accurate manner
• Identifies and recommends process improvement opportunities
• Assist in documentation of the team's operational procedures
• Providing ideas and suggesting ways for the improvement of operational systems, processes and procedures
• Execute ad hoc tasks as may be requested by the Manager
