Qufan Internet Technology Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job description:
At Qufan, we have a great team that includes experienced iGaming veterans, industry rising stars, and superstar developers. With a team of over 100 professionals worldwide, our Malta office is growing and attracting talent from all corners of the world. And so, we are seeking to recruit an Operations and Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. 

The individual carrying out the responsibilities of this role will support players and Club partners by being the first line of contact for any queries, as well as processing payments and account verification. The role is based on a shift rotation and the duties are predominantly carried out remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out KYC checks as required
  • Offer support to customers
  • Obtain and collate documentation as required
  • Communicate with existing or potential customers through various communication channels
  • Ensure that a courteous and professional manner is maintained throughout communication with clients
  • Document personal information to create, update or adjust customer accounts
  • Process payments.


Qualifications and Key Capabilities:

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Native or bilingual knowledge of the Portuguese language
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Regulatory knowledge will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify underlying issues of a problem
  • Flexibility and ownership over the main responsibilities of the role
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
