Job Description
Stanleybet Group in Malta has an exciting opening for a Live Sports Trader to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to break into one of the most appealing industries there is. Trading on multiple sporting events, assessing risk, calculating margin, and winning the day.

Duties:

• Responsible for booking, trading, and resulting live events.
• Monitoring of liabilities and keeping them within company parameters.
• Sending of daily live schedule.
• Upkeep and comparison of live figures on all platforms.
• Dealing with email queries
• Providing information on removed matches.
• Analysis of profit/loss and general betting behaviour of shops
• Management of live screen system including creation of new shops
• Upkeep of figures and statistics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-4 years compilation/trading experience with good knowledge of sub-markets on a wide range of sports
• Able to work with Microsoft Office and associated programmes
• Keen knowledge of various sports betting markets, especially Football, Basketball, and Tennis.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain concentration for prolonged time periods.

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience placing bets with bookmakers and exchanges
• Knowledge of odds compiling
• Understanding of the concept of “value” in betting
• A strong desire to work in the betting industry.
