Gaming Coordinator - Italy

ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Execute the games repositioning according to the Gaming Manager directions
- Execute any other ad hoc Casino related tasks to ensure the best gaming experience for our players
- Detect and follow-up the technical issues till resolution
- Prepare games configurations and upload game contents in CRS
- Test new contents or functionalities and support CRM in testing campaigns
- Assist the team with other game-related queries or tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in online gaming
- Italian mother tongue with proficiency in English
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Passion for sports and casino gaming
- Solid understanding of the Italian market
