  About the Role

As the Gaming and CRM Strategy Owner for your market, you’ll lead planning and execution to meet key KPIs. You’ll manage game lobbies, oversee the full player lifecycle, and create regional campaign calendars. Working with analysts and coordinators, you’ll ensure campaigns are optimized and flawlessly executed. You’ll also own the bonus budget, driving efficiency through segmentation and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • In this role you be the owner and driver of the Gaming and CRM Strategy for the market. Together with the team, you are responsible for planning, executing, and reaching the targets and KPIs set
  • Responsible for driving company strategy with regards to Gaming and CRM in the market
  • Maintain Games Lobbies– according to group, brand and market strategy, use existing data to give the right game the right positioning.
  • Responsible for all customers in the region at any stage during the player lifecycle.
  • Conceptualize promotions and prepare the complete campaign calendar for the region
  • Delegate campaign execution to campaign coordinators through campaign briefing and assuring QA processes are properly followed.
  • Submit key campaigns to analysts, use their findings in further optimising the campaigns
  • Manage the bonus budget, further optimize bonus spend with increased segmentation and campaign optimization
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a CRM or Gaming manager, preferably as a leader.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills
