Gambling Officer (German Speaking)

Our client, operating within the gaming industry, is looking to recruit a Gambling Officer. Reporting to the Safer Gambling Team Leader, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

• Monitoring player activity and taking preventive action against unusual behavior 
• Customer interactions via email and telephone 
• Ensuring disputes are being resolved in line with the companies policies
• Conducting calls with customers to ensure they are making use of the correct safer gambling tools 
• Proposing new ideas to identify suspicious behavior and potential gamblers in order to take preventative measures for further losses
• Working closely with the Safer Gambling Team Leader to ensure consistent work approaches

• Native German speaking
• Previous experience working in a safer gambling environment
• Attention to detail
• Team Player and able to work on own initiative
• Confident in proposing new ideas

• Tertiary level of Education would be considered an asset however not a requirement
