Our client, operating within the gaming industry, is looking to recruit a Gambling Officer. Reporting to the Safer Gambling Team Leader, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:
Monitoring player activity and taking preventive action against unusual behavior
Customer interactions via email and telephone
Ensuring disputes are being resolved in line with the companies policies
Conducting calls with customers to ensure they are making use of the correct safer gambling tools
Proposing new ideas to identify suspicious behavior and potential gamblers in order to take preventative measures for further losses
Working closely with the Safer Gambling Team Leader to ensure consistent work approaches
Skill-sets and Requirements
Native German speaking
Previous experience working in a safer gambling environment
Attention to detail
Team Player and able to work on own initiative
Confident in proposing new ideas
Education & Experience
Tertiary level of Education would be considered an asset however not a requirement
