About the Role
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? We're on the hunt for a driven and detail-oriented CRM Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing promotions specifically tailored to the Finnish market.
This role focuses on one core product, allowing you to take full ownership of the campaign journey, from planning to execution, without the need to juggle multiple brands or markets.
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in a CRM Manager or similar role, who’s ready to grow, bring ideas to the table, and help create memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Execution:
Oversee the execution of the promotions calendar, ensuring every detail is in place.
Localisation:
Collaborate with local copywriters and designers to tailor promotional content to the Finnish market, ensuring messaging feels relevant and impactful.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all customer-facing communications (SMS, emails, onsite messages) are thoroughly tested and approved before launch.
Monitoring:
Keep a close eye on promotional placements to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 6 months of experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role is a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience with Jira, HTML, and Excel.
A genuine passion for customer engagement.
Understanding of customer rewards and incentives.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive, self-starter mindset.
Sharp analytical skills to help optimise campaign success.
Business-level English proficiency.
Fluency in Finnish (required to connect effectively with the local market).
