Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator with a "can-do" attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an amazing team of CRM enthusiasts.
In this role, you'll be part of the team responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of Welcome Offers and player communications for newly registered customers across a variety of the Group’s brands, markets, and products.
As a CRM Coordinator in the onboarding team, you will actively support daily operations, contributing to initiatives designed to attract new customers and convert sign-ups into first-time depositors.
🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing
Support CRM Managers with the creation of customer emails for conversion campaigns and welcome communications across various brands, markets, products, and languages.
Ensure global and local sponsorship deals are effectively integrated into the onboarding journey.
Collaborate with copywriters to ensure content is compelling, on-brand, compliant, and localised.
Implement dynamic content and interactive elements to enhance user experience and engagement.
Test emails across clients for consistent rendering and performance.
Monitor key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) to assess effectiveness.
Review competitor campaigns regularly to stay ahead in email marketing.
Landing Pages
Support CRM Managers in creating high-converting, visually engaging landing pages aligned with external marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters on A/B testing and UX.
Optimise all pages for mobile responsiveness and performance.
Project Management
Use JIRA to manage CRM projects and communicate with stakeholders.
Supporting CRM Managers
Map onboarding journeys and identify key touchpoints to improve conversion.
Work with product and market teams to drive implementations.
Assist in daily ops such as player rewards configuration and content localisation.
Copywriters & Design Team – Collaborate on content and visuals
CRM Online Comms Design Manager – Improve templates and features
CRM Projects & Solutions – Provide feedback on CRM tool enhancements
Product & Local Market Teams – Coordinate on journey mapping and execution
Must-Have
Minimum 1 year of iGaming experience
Experience working in WordPress or similar CMS
Ability to follow detailed technical instructions
Interest in online casino, poker, or sportsbook products
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Nice-to-Have
Language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Latvian, Polish, or a Scandinavian language
