Casino Gaming Dealer

Dragonara Gaming Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Casino Gaming Dealer to join their team on a shift basis.

Job Role:
Reporting directly to the Gaming Manager, a dealer is required to deal table games in accordance with the policies and procedures and provide a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:  

• To conduct all games dealt with within the guidelines of the approved gaming rules and procedures
• To at all times maintain a courteous and hospitable manner when interacting with customers
• Dealers are the persons assigned to operate each gaming table
• Adherence to all company procedures and policies
• To report any known or suspected criminal or untoward activity concerning the casino operation directly to any desired level of gaming management, by-passing the usual chain-of-command
• Other duties as required.
