As a Casino Coordinator you will coordinate the delivery of a best-in-class Casino and Games Product offered from our offices based in Malta.

The successful candidate will be working within the Casino Product team and will coordinate a wide range of items to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our Casino and Games Products.

You will also be working closely and building strong relationships with internal and external teams such as Compliance, Operational Development, Games Delivery, CRM, Operations Gaming Support Design and Publishing and 3rd party games providers.

This position is available on a full-time basis Monday to Friday. Relevant training will be provided for the successful applicant.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with third-party providers through email, phone and face-to-face contact.
  • Forward-thinking with a passion for delivering the highest quality ensuring the user experience is at the centre.
  • Results-driven self-starter with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple concurrent tasks and projects whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills together with the ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to be innovative and creative, a lateral thinker who is able to understand and adapt to market and technology trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating scheduled game releases.
  • Contributing to the creation and suitability of the game roadmap.
  • Monitoring and reporting on financial performance.
  • Managing relationships with third-party game providers.
  • Assisting with the delivery of projects such as new provider integrations and regulatory market integrations.
  • Working with the Games Delivery Team to ensure games are tested in Development and Live environments in line with agreed testing scripts.
  • Completing testing where needed, to ensure the user experience is put at the centre.
  • Managing the team Mailbox and responding to and actioning all appropriate emails.
