Videoslots in Malta is looking to recruit a Casino Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

As Casino Coordinator, you will be a part of a team that is mainly responsible for the game releases on the MrVegas.com and Videoslots.com sites ensuring our industry-leading game portfolio is always top-notch. The Casino Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring all games are certified and compliant in the markets we operate in.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and release new slots on the company brand websites;
  • Upload game thumbnails and all assets related to the slots;
  • Add and name our game achievements and any new rewards;
  • Continuously test the battles in our 'Battle of Slots' product on the Videoslots.com site and ensure it runs smoothly;
  • Test games and ensure they work correctly in the required markets and currencies;
  • Propose and execute casino campaigns together with our Casino and CRM Teams;
  • Follow up with our game providers whilst maintaining strong relationships with them;
  • Make sure that games are compliant with all licenses we operate under; 
  • Assisting the Team with improving processes and implementing quality checks ;
  • Take care of our live streams and being active in the chatroom (when applicable);
  • Be active on our casino forums, assisting members and keeping them up updated (when applicable).

Requirements:

  • A nice colleague with min. 1-year experience within the iGaming industry, preferably in a product or customer-facing role;
  • Knowledge of casino games, specifically slots and video slots and their user experience highly preferred;
  • Experience working with regulated markets (UK, SE, DK, DE, IT) highly preferred;
  • Passion for casino games and interest in learning more about the product side of the business;
  • You are an excellent communicator with a high level of spoken and written English;
  • You can adapt easily and approach problems effectively;
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
  • You are a team player who can also work independently when required;
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
