Cashier

Dragonara Gaming Ltd, Malta is looking to recruit a Cashier to join their team on a full-time basis on a full-time basis. 
 

Job Role:
A Cashier shall perform duties at the Cash Desk in order to provide the highest standards of efficiency, security and customer service, as required by the Head Cashier, in the operation of the Cash Desk Department.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating accepted Foreign Currencies in exchange for Casino Chips
• Accepting and authorising Credit Card transactions in exchange for chips or plaques
• Performing chip and cash transfers
• Redeeming chips from patrons for the equal exchange of cash or cash equivalents
• Performing duties as directed by the Senior Cashier, which relates to the overall performance of the Cash Desk and its services
• Performing duties in other areas of the Cash Desk that the Head Cashier has requested
• Junket recordings and transactions where applicable
• Understanding and observing Health and Safety procedures
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Other duties as required by the Cash Desk Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of three ordinary level passes, including the English Language
• Understands, speaks and writes in English fluently. Knowledge of the Maltese or Italian Language would be considered an asset
• Be outgoing, and customer orientated
• Be computer literate with an excellent command of office applications
