Trader & Portfolio Analyst

Our client operating within the investment industry is looking to recruit a Trader & Portfolio Analyst. 

Reporting to the Chief Operation Officer the chosen candidate will be responsible for: 

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a good relationship with brokers and ensuring that trading standards are kept in line.
• Carrying out pre-trade monitors in a timely manner.
• Daily maintenance and execution of funds including but not limited to pre-trade checks and making sure compliancy with the regulator.
• Ensuring trade pack is filled and kept up to date.
• Managing a portfolio of clients on a daily basis which includes NAV estimations, liquidity calculations and the upkeep of share registers of funds.
• Processing of bank transfers which are received or pending.
• Liaising with various stakeholders such as legal consultants, banks and clients to ensure portfolio requirements are met.
• Conducting analysis and statistics for stakeholders such as auditors. 

• Previous experience of at least 1 year within funds.
• Eager to grow and develop a career path
• Excellent communication in English both verbal and written
• Highly organised
• Able to work under pressure

• Degree in Banking and Finance or Degree in Economics.
