Fund Assistant Manager – Digital Assets
A highly reputable client of ours specialising in Financial and Corporate services, is currently looking to onboard a Assistant Fund Manager – Digital Assets to join their team.
Main responsibilities :
- Support pre-launch and operational setup of new digital asset funds.
- Ensure accurate, timely fund administration with strong controls.
- Review NAV valuations and monitor fund expenses.
- Coordinate audits and financial statement reviews.
- Manage regulatory reporting and statutory compliance.
- Oversee fee payments and debt follow-ups.
- Assist in leading the Fund Accounting team, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Enhance team performance through collaboration and development.
- Handle additional duties as needed.
- At least 5 years of experience in fund administration, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Hold a degree in Accountancy, ACCA qualification, or a degree in Banking & Finance.
