Calamatta Cuschieri Investment Services Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Fund Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job description:
CC Fund Services is a leading fund administration company based in Malta. We provide an all-inclusive service from the consultation in the set-up phase, assistance in the launch of the fund, Net Asset Value Calculation, Transfer Agency, Registrar, and Corporate Services. The Fund Administrator will be required to assist with servicing a portfolio of funds and other structures as well as liaising with fund manager clients, third parties, and other external advisors so as to ensure the smooth operation of the structure and that all deadlines are met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; bookkeeping, assistance with periodic reporting, assisting with calls, distributions, transactions, and other day-to-day functions.

Day to day duties will include:

• Posting of daily transactions on the system;
• Completing the NAV calculation in a timely and accurate manner;
• Reconciliation of bank & security holdings;
• Liaising with the banks and prime brokers to resolve cash breaks;
• Process corporate actions;
• Liaising with investment managers, auditors & other service providers;
• Compilation of regulatory filings;
• Statutory reporting, where applicable;
• Delivery of NAV prices to various Data Vendors;
• Assist the Account Manager in other queries as required.

Requirements:
Experience & Education Requirements:

• Minimum EQF Level 4 Education involving Accounting;
• A relevant degree (preferable, not mandatory);
• In the process of completing the ACCA Course (or a similar course);
• Knowledge and understanding of various securities and other financial instruments;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel;
• Preference will be given to candidates having a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
