General Scope and Purpose of Position

We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Brand & Fundraising Administrator on a Full-Time basis. The Brand & Fundraising Administrator plays a key role in assisting fundraising activities and volunteer coordination, working in collaboration with the Brand & Communications Team. This position is responsible for documentation and project coordination and to provide administrative and day to day support to the team as well as support the wider work of Inspire Foundation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting in fundraising campaigns and events to support the organization's goals;
  • Identifying new opportunities and innovative ideas to enhance fundraising initiatives, proactively contributing to target achievement as well as maintaining fundraising systems and CRM;
  • Reporting regularly to the Brand & Communications Manager and providing support to other team members in fundraising and volunteer-related activities;
  • Assisting in the logistics for fundraising campaigns with the support of the team;
  • Assisting the Fundraising & Community Executive and the Brand & Communications Manager for post-event/campaign reconciliations;
  • Maintain thorough records of contact, activities and donations from supporters;
  • Assisting Volunteer projects and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, documentation and maintaining records, such as rostering, emergency requests, recruitment;
  • Maintain ESC projects in conjunction with the Fundraising & Community Executive and contracts of volunteers & interns and final submission of report;
  • Support with management of Collection Tins, maintain accurate records, ensure they are emptied and collected as appropriate, and issue receipts and thank you letters;
  • Becoming a spoke person for Inspire Foundation.

Qualification Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Diploma/ Certification (minimum MQF Level 4) in Business/Administration;
  • Advantage will be give to candidates with previous experience in a similar role;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • Excellent organization skills and time management;
  • Proficient in English Language (both spoken and written).

Prior to being recruited and throughout the duration of employment, the selected candidates need to satisfy the requirements of the Protection of Minors Act (POMA) together with those of immunisation.
