Trade Finance Operations Supervisor

Our clients, a well know Financial Services Provider is looking to recruit a Trade Operations Supervisor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Raise Transaction Approval requests
• Conduct necessary transactional / compliance checks and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place
• Approval of transaction drawdowns
• Reviewing draft security documentation
• Daily transaction monitoring 
• Requesting internal approvals for any deviations to the facility conditions
• Reporting non-payment on maturity
• Ensuring that proper audit trail of all movements throughout the lifetime of the transactions are maintained
• Handling any new drawdowns, day-to-day monitoring, rollovers and settlements related to Syndicated loans
• Periodic review & update of policies and procedures
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure all customer transactions are efficiently concluded

• Possess Banking experience within an Operations Middle/Back office team
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites especially Word & Excel
• Ability to multi-task
• A team player
• Great attention to detail
