Gauselmann Group is currently looking to recruit a Risk & Fraud Operations Officer (m/f/d) to join their client's team on a full-time basis.

Forming part of the operations team, the Risk & Fraud Operations Officer (m/f/d) will be reporting to the Risk & Fraud Operations Manager.

We are looking for the next possible date at our site in Sliema, Malta.

Responsibilities:

  • As our Risk & Fraud Operations Agent, you will handle the day-to-day risk & fraud-related tasks and monitor daily transactions
  • Moreover, you will assist in creating and updating procedures while also working closely with the compliance team to identify areas of weakness and process improvement possibilities
  • Furthermore, you will conduct general operational duties, including onboarding (KYC checks CDD/EDD) for B2B and B2C
  • Last but not least, you will assist the management team in internal and external audits (i.e. risk evaluation questionnaire, fraud reporting and more).

 
Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of work experience in customer care in the payments or gaming industry or fraud & risk in a financial institution, fintech/payment/e-wallet
  • Be computer literate and experienced in the use of MS Office
  • Good organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Willing to travel from time to time and when required by the business needs
