Operations Support Assistant

Job Description
Fexserv Financial Services Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Operations Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. Interested candidates MUST Applicants be clearly fluent in English and Maltese with very good English written communication skills.

Job Role:
The position calls for a diligent, organized, proactive and responsible person to actively assist in a hands-on manner, the smooth and efficient running of the company’s operations department. The successful prospective candidate must be smart with a pleasant personality, have sound numerate abilities, have a good command of basic IT applications with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment both in a group and independently. The role entails the main, back office duties of an administrative nature, payment processing, account verification and reconciliations and foreign exchange dealing. Moreover, the role would also provide support and assistance to customers both remotely as well as face to face. This would entail developing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with customers whilst ensuring a high, sustained and professional level of service at all times. The role can also entail cashiering and front-line duties as and when required.

Requirements: 
Applications with previous experience in a financial services/foreign exchange environment as well as knowledge of languages would be considered an asset.
 
Applicants need to be clearly fluent in English and Maltese with very good English written communication skills, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude to learn and moreover with a highly positive can-do attitude to problem-solving with a view to ensure excellent customer-centric service delivery at all times.
