Our client within the Investments industry is currently looking for an Operations Officer
Duties include:
Dealing with Client and Adviser queries, using a variety of support tools including our own Client Platform and 3rd party Investment Platforms, around clients wanting to access monies from their Structures and Investments
Applying strict Due Diligence procedures in dealing with High Net Wealth clients requesting monies
Processing and following-up Withdrawal transactions with clients, ensuring monies are transferred efficiently and within the Group’s agreed procedures
Raising and Escalating issues with line-management where required
Carry out client and investment updates on the main company platform (XPLAN)
Liaising with Investment Providers around evolving practices and procedures relating to Client Withdrawals
Being part of the company's operations – withdrawals team and provide support and cover for other areas as and when required
Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skill-sets and Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience Financial Services and Administration
Working within a Client-Facing payments’ Infrastructure would be considered as an asset
The ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and to effectively prioritize workloads
Strong command of English
Proficient use of MS Office Applications
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to work independently and under pressure
