About Conduct Supervision:
Conduct Supervision oversees the way in which regulated entities design their products and services as well as the way in which they manage their relationship with consumers. By setting up a regulatory framework that secures appropriate customer protection, the Function ensures that clients of financial services are treated fairly, honestly, and professionally by regulated entities.

The Role:
Within this role, you will be assisting the Trusts and CSPs team within its day-to-day operations. The chosen candidate would be carrying out the following tasks:
  • Providing support to the analysts and senior analyst within the team in the processing of applications for authorisation to act as trustee or to provide company services including assisting in the carrying out of due diligence;
  • Assisting the Trusts and CSPs team in the processing of appointments and changes in shareholding within the trusts and CSPs sector;
  • Assisting the Trusts and CSPs team in formulating internal procedures governing the workflow processes of the team; and
  • Assisting the Trusts and CSPs team in any ad hoc projects that the team would be involved in from time to time.


About You:
We are looking for candidates who are pursuing their studies in Law, Accountancy, Banking, and Finance or in another relevant area.

The candidate should:

  • have interest in the field of company services and/or trustee services;
  • be in possession of basic I.T. skills as well as good report writing skills;
  • be willing to work within a team as well as a multi-disciplinary office; and
  • be committed to perform the assigned tasks within the stipulated deadline and prioritise tasks in accordance with the requirements of the Function.
