Finance Manager

Hili Ventures is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to support the group consolidation process and financial reporting. This is a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting and analysis at group-level, including the preparation of the consolidated management accounts, forecasts, budgets and financial statements.

Based in Malta and reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, the successful candidate will also support audit processes and help maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards across the group.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically strong and eager to work in a diverse, international group.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and be a qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent), with at least five years’ experience, including at least two years working in group consolidation and reporting. Hands-on experience preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS and proficiency in Excel and financial modelling is also required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential. The candidate should be proactive and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
