In Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Executive - Receivables to join our team. This is a key role to support and strengthen the Receivables function and offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail to contribute to the success of our organisation.

Your day to day:

• Daily PSP Reconciliations
• Monthly PSP and E-wallet Reconciliations
• Posting of B2C revenue and player’s account movements.
• Monthly Game provider and Jackpot reconciliations.
• Handling of PSP settlements, top ups.
• Assisting the payments team with any missing transactions.
• Calculate and issue customer invoices
• Liaising with account managers and being a point of contact for client queries
• Credit control related tasks. Track outstanding invoices and follow up on pending payments.
• Accounting for various taxes and licence fees payable to gaming regulators.
• Assist with month-end review and reporting

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivables.
• Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Business Central would be considered an asset.
• Have advanced working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail is crucial
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Being proactive, ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
