Finance Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Full Time Finance Executive to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about accounting and financial operations and is seeking an opportunity to develop their career in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller and will be performing the following main duties amongst others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Accounting operations ensuring accuracy and efficiency;

- Assist in the preparation of monthly Management Financial reports;

- Reconcile accounts and monitor financial transactions;

- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis efforts;

- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements;

- Prepare and submit VAT Returns in a timely manner;

- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes;

- Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies;

- Calculate, prepare and post accounting transactions arising from contracts with customers.

Requirements:

- A minimum of two to three years’ experience in Accounting or Finance;

- Currently pursuing a University degree in Accounting, ACCA or possessing a similar Accounting qualification;

- Proficiency in Accounting software and MS Excel;

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;

- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities;

- Committed to delivering work with a high level of accuracy.
