Apco Limited is seeking to engage a Finance Executive tasked with handling multiple functions that support the Company’s day-to-day financial activities whilst also assisting in management reporting.
THE POSITION
Based in Malta and reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Executive will be responsible for issuing sales invoices to clients, recording supplier invoices and preparing periodic payment runs, assisting in stock management as well as conducting monthly reconciliations.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting with the preparation of management reports including monthly management accounts, forecasts, and five-year plans, as well as liaising with the company’s auditor and assisting in the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory obligations.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must be in the process of obtaining a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, be proficient in Excel and Microsoft tools and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should have at least two years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in assisting in the preparation of management reporting will be considered as an asset.
