Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and process weekly commission payments with precision and in line with contractual agreements
• Liaise with internal teams and third parties to resolve discrepancies or queries
• Communicating with advisers and regional managers regarding payment matters
• Working with spreadsheets and reconciling financial data with accuracy
• Investigating and resolving payment queries
• Generate reports for management and compliance purposes
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies

We’re Looking For:

• Competent in Microsoft Excel and data entry
• Experience in a finance, payroll, or commissions-based role will be considered an asset.
• A team player with a can-do attitude
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
