The Role
- Act as a partner and internal consultant with the scope of achieving operational excellence
- Continually review and refine business processes and customer experience
- Recommend appropriate solutions for the gaps identified during reviews
- Analyze and validate techniques
- Handle and implement a number of projects arising from reviews
