Ably Resources are currently recruiting an Accounts Executive for one of their clients within a leading building services company.
Responsibilities within this role will include but not limited to:
- Prepares and sends invoices to clients.
- Maintaining accounting documents and records
- Performs Bank Account reconciliations and posts correcting entries were necessary.
- In charge of creditors' postings in the general ledger.
- Supports the Accounts team
- Issue payment
- Assisting in month-end and year-end processes
