Engel & Völkers in Malta is looking to recruit a Team Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Role: 
Working as a Team Assistant is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a fun and growing talented team. The role requires day to day administrative duties of running the business, whilst also meeting new and interesting people forming part of a well-known international premium company. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent client-facing communication skills, we’re excited to talk with you. Duties revolve around managing and distributing information within an office to the agents. Most importantly, you will share our desire to deliver outstanding customer service.

Your Profile:
  • Solid written and verbal language skills in Maltese and English;
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills;
  • Pleasant work ethic;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Outgoing personality;
  • Computer literate;
  • Experience in an office environment will be considered an asset.
