Beacon Light Ltd, will be opening up a franchise in Malta and would like to onboard a motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to help kick start this new venture. The chosen candidate must have a wealth of knowledge and experience in property and have the right mindset to manage a team and the hunger to generate sales.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth running of the office;
• Recruiting and training new Estate Agents;
• Liaising with clients and developers;
• Ensuring the website is up to date;
• Selling property.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in the property industry;
• Has a flair for sales;
• Highly motivated.
