Real Estate Agent - Italian Speaking

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Agent on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the real estate market. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in renting residential and commercial properties.

- Conduct property showings and open houses to prospective buyers.

- Provide clients with market analysis and property evaluations.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the transaction process.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.

- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations.

- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote listings.

- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients.

- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.

- Valid real estate license in the applicable state or region.

- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.

- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Fluency in English; additional languages (Maltese) are a plus.
