EasyRent Real Estate in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Real Estate Agent to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:

We are currently looking for motivated agents to join our team in Swieqi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and have access to a laptop.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the local real estate market
• Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their needs and preferences
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements on behalf of clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and other industry professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications
• Continuously seek new business opportunities through networking and referrals
• Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Own a laptop
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• The real estate agent will be hired as a full-time employee
• No experience is required.
