Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assist clients in marketing and renting property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine and understand clients’ expectations and propose solutions that suit them when necessary.
• Seeking clients on social media and other channels;
• Maintain and update listings of properties.
• Advertising on social media and other channels;
• Performing other relevant duties when needed.
• Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Strong negotiation, marketing, and communication skills;
• Great problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
• No experience is required.
