Job Description
Malta Property Services Ltd is looking to recruit a Letting Manager (Property Giant) to join their team at their Ta'Xbiex branch on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Recruiting, training, and growing our existing team of 10 letting agents.
• Continuing the expansion of our property database of 10,000+ listings.
• Supporting the team in developing working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations, and leading by example. 
• Working towards monthly and annual team targets for both listings and rentals, keeping the team motivated and encouraging agents to meet their individual listing and rental targets. 
• Assisting the team in reaching their full potential through your mentorship and giving feedback through regular 1-1s, performance reviews, and team meetings.

What you will need:

• 2+ years experience in the local Letting Industry (either as a Letting Manager or a Letting Agent who's ready to take the next step up in their career). 
• Great leadership & communication skills.
• A target-driven approach.
• Excellent time management skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Maltese & English.
• Your own car.
