APM Holdings is seeking to recruit an experienced Estate Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a portfolio of high-end private residences across Malta and Gozo.
Based in Malta and reporting to the residence owners, the Estate Manager will be entrusted with ensuring the smooth operation of all residences, with particular focus on maintenance, housekeeping, service delivery, and overall presentation. Leading a small team of support staff, the successful candidate will also play a key role in managing inventory levels across properties, coordinating vehicle servicing, supporting the hosting of private events in collaboration with external partners, and assisting with basic financial oversight and cost tracking related to estate operations.
THE REQUIREMENTS
The role requires a high degree of discretion, strong leadership, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess a background in luxury property management or hospitality, or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related area is preferred.
Given the nature of the role, flexibility is key, as some evening or weekend presence may occasionally be required. Fluency in English and a valid driving licence are essential.
