Branch Manager (Fgura)

Simon Mamo Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Branch Manager (Fgura) to join their team on a full-time basis. We are looking for a person to nurture and enhance a team and lead it to success. Someone hardworking and ready to take on challenges that will lead them and their team to success. 

As a Manager you would be expected to: 

• Create a team of agents
• Show leadership skills
• Manage day to day running of an office 
• Promote the company and properties
• List properties 
• Rent and Sell a property
• Develop and strategize a team to lead them to success 
• Maintenance of accounting records.

• You will get continuous support from your manager
• Same day pay
• We provide you with clients to work on and you have the largest rental database at your disposal
• You will have a fun and dynamic work environment
• We provide you with full training so if you have little or no experience this is no problem at all as we will give you the tools you need to rent and make money.
