Reliability & Automation Specialist

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (TEVA) in Malta is looking to recruit a Reliability & Automation Specialist to join their Engineering & Maintenance Team on a full-time indefinite basis. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the setup and running of a reliability program across the Engineering Division, including plant equipment, utilities, manufacturing, and packaging equipment, and will be reporting directly to the Dir Engineering.

Job Role:

• Continually evaluate processes to ensure optimal equipment reliability;
• Identify new opportunities for automation and work with the relevant stakeholders to develop and execute projects;
• Improve the uptime and production capacity of critical equipment and systems using formalized problem-solving techniques

• A first degree in Engineering;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Strong Project management and leadership skills;
• Good knowledge of EHS requirements would be considered an asset.
