Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (TEVA) in Malta is looking to recruit a Reliability & Automation Professional III to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Forming part of the Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) Division, the Reliability & Automation  Professional III is responsible for the setup and running of a reliability program across the Engineering Division, including plant equipment, utilities, manufacturing, and packaging equipment.  This position reports to the Reliability & Tooling Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Continually evaluate processes to ensure optimal equipment reliability
  • Identify new opportunities for automation and work with the relevant stakeholders to develop and execute projects
  • Improve the uptime and production capacity of critical equipment and systems using formalized problem-solving techniques.

Requirements:
  • Preferably have a first degree in Engineering and a technical background
  • Have excellent analytical skills
  • Have strong project management and leadership skills
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of EHS requirements would be considered an asset.
