Radio Network Engineer

Job Description
Ably Resources are currently searching for a Radio Network Engineer on behalf of our leading telecommunications client in Malta. A successful candidate will join the Radio Networks Team and be responsible for the design, commissioning, optimisation, and end-to-end quality of the radio and access networks

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and plan indoor distributed antenna systems for indoor coverage improvement.
• Perform radio site surveys
• Budget planning for both new radio site integration and radio site relocation
• Manage drive test campaigns
• Perform drive test data analysis
• Troubleshoot network quality complaints
• Adapt processes and procedures for Radio Frequency Engineers
• Assist in the budget preparation and procurements

Requirements:

• MQF Level 6 / 7 in Engineering or ICT
• Understand  Network and Telecommunications.
• Valid driving license
• Experience in a similar role.
