A leading LPG energy company in Malta is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee and drive all technical operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
The Main Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage technical operations for LPG cylinders, bulk storage tanks, and Autogas systems.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and recertification of LPG systems.
- Manage the technical team, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments, government bodies, suppliers, and emergency service providers.
- Evaluate technical contracts, budgets, and supplier performance; manage equipment procurement.
- Ensure proper asset management, including inspections, inventory, and recertifications.
- Support sales and projects through technical assessments and project management.
- Monitor and report on KPIs for technical performance, costs, and compliance.
Working Hours:
08.30 - 17.00
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of English and Maltese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; project management experience.
- Hands-on, flexible, and results-driven leadership approach.
Education and Experience
- Technical background with knowledge of LPG systems and European regulations (preferred).
