QA Junior and Senior

Our client specializing in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Quality Assurance Officers at all levels. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Updating QA documentation and maintaining quality logs and document registers 
• Performing training sessions on GMP and quality for company personnel
• Reviewing and distribution of product approval package and printed packaging material artwork
• Reviewing of item master in ERP software 
• Verifying and maintaining suppliers/customer certifications 
• Reviewing CAPAs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Reviewing internal change requests to ensure compliance 
• Liaising with other department on assigned validation exercises 
• Reviewing of protocols and reports 
• Participating in Audits and third-party API and finished dosage manufacturing sites 
• Assisting the QA/RA with regulatory and customer audits

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in conducting quality investigations, root cause analysis and quality risk assessments
• Familiar with Good Manufacturing Processes and FDA quality metrics
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Proficient in English
• Diligent, self- motivated and with good attention to detail
• Able to handle pressure and shifting priorities and remain focused when problems arise
• In possession of a scientific degree or diploma
• Experience in a QA position within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
