Production Manager

Our client, operating in the pharmaceutical industry and producing medical devices, is looking for a Production Manager to join their team. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

• Ensuring that the production plan is safe, qualitative and efficient 
• Managing, maintaining and monitoring production volumes, scheduling and calculating the human resources needed to ensure that the production is cost-effective and that products are produced on time.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the production processes on a daily basis.
• Monitoring and managing the production performance, quality levels and collective and individual efficiency targets.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Good command of the Maltese and English languages is essentia

• Degree level of education preferably in the field of engineering
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Have a good background in SAP software
