Our client is looking for a Process Re-engineer. Your roles are responsibilities will include:
Reviewing the customer’s experience (from engagement to order closure) and corresponding organizational structures while recommending new processes and changes
Analyzing business functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows
Providing expert advice in defining new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions such as identifying costs of potential options
Working with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes, and risks
Completing change management assessments
Identifying, analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactics
Identifying and managing anticipated and persistent resistance
Creating actionable deliverables for the core change management plans
Supporting and engaging senior leaders
Supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
Integrating change management activities into the project plan
Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress
Supporting change management at the organizational level
Identifying and Managing the company’s operations’ regulatory deliverables
Carry out ad hoc assignments to analyse urgent and specific challenges / risks / failures andsubmit short to long term mitigating / corrective actions.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Previous experience in a similar position is considered an asset
Change management skills
Ability to collect and analyze data
Strong communication and bargaining skills; ability to lead teams and collaborate and communicate well with Senior Management
Good sense of ownership and accountability
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent (typically in Science, Engineering, Business Administration
