Process Quality Engineer

Our client operating within Manufacturing is seeking to recruit a Process Quality Engineer with the aim of ensuring that the company achieves an even higher level of product quality by continuously improving the operational processes. Whilst reporting to the Quality Manager, your duties will include;

• Familiarizing themselves with all manufacturing processes within the company to ensure that all product generated is of an acceptable quality level
• Ensure continuous improvement of ongoing processes
• Research and development of new processes as well as new or existing equipment to ensure that quality targets are consistently reached throughout
• Quality risk assessment with regards to processes
• Troubleshooting in the event of problems
• Leading investigations into Quality Issues which arise within the plant
• Data collection, analysis and reporting
