Plant Manager (LPG industry)

A great job opportunity for a Plant Manager with GASCO Energy Ltd has arisen with main responsibilities being the management and coordination of the plant operation, maintenance needs, compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as customer support. 

You will be managing a team of around 30 employees and reporting directly to the CEO.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe and efficient running of all Gasco activities:  importation, storage, filling and testing of gas cylinders and other related duties.
• Prepare and ensure the preventative maintenance and repairs of all plant and equipment is carried out.
• Liaise with the HSQE Officer to ensure the site is in compliance with laws and regulations at all times - implementing and updated safety, quality and environmental procedures as needed.
• Prepare and present stock reports regularly.
• Manage ship unloading operations and communication needed between customs, service providers and clients accordingly.
• Manage, train and motivate the team as required.
• Keep abreast with any developments in the LPG industry.
• Support with other activates as required by the CEO.
