Pharma Maintenance Technician (4-shift)
Our Client, a well known Pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Production team, Maintenance Technicians, and Engineers to drive operational improvements, enhance production output and quality, while maintaining cost control.
- Diagnosing and repairing various plant, production, and packaging equipment.
- Assisting operators with equipment setup and troubleshooting to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Conducting major repairs and overseeing the general maintenance of facility systems, including air handling units, water systems, compressed air, and steam systems.
Working Hours: Monday - Sunday on a 4-shift basis
Competitive salary package including shift allowance and additional compensation for weekend and public holiday work.
Requirements- Experience in pharmaceutical environment is an asset
- Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems, chilled water, compressed air, and purified water systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Hold a Diploma in Engineering (MQF Level 4 or higher)
