Maintenance Technician (Property)

In this new position for a Maintenance Person, you will form part of a dynamic Maintenance Team and your duties will include:
- Providing maintenance and repair services mainly related to plumbing and electrical works on various property types
- Collaborating with team members to ensure that works are completed up to required standards
- Ensuring that safe work practices are implemented at all times
- Assisting in maintaining a maintenance workshop
- Making use of the company's vehicle to attend to faults and repair works as required by clients and the company
- Carrying out ad hoc tasks that may be required to achieve the company's objectives.
